Revlon Nail Art: Moon Candy SuperNova First Impression Review

As you all know, I posted a picture earlier today of the new Revlon Nail Art Moon Candy collection. I immediately wanted to get my hands on these nifty nail polish duos to try. I went to 3 stores trying to find them and they were sold out or only had the 2 colors I wasn't really crazy about. The last place I went I saw the last SuperNova Polish which was in my picks that I wanted to try!

I was very impressed by the base color which is grey. I only had to put 1 coat and it completely covered and was very opaque.

I applied 2 coats of glitter (could have used 3) but I was happy with how 2 looked!

All in all, I think that this is a cool duo that creates a nice effect. I do think they are a little expensive for how much product you get, but that wont stop me from buying more of these polishes. I am looking forward to finding the following colors; Orbit, Satellite and Galactic. I really wanted to try in these colors, but everywhere was sold out today!

Wordless Wednesday: Bathroom Transformation

I put my love for things that are shabby chic into the project, and remodeled the bathroom with Allen's help.

Easy Recipe:Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Here is a quick and easy recipe for Chocolate Chip Banana Bread that you and your kids will love!

*INGREDIENTS*
3 medium ripe banana
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk chocolate chips
2 T brown sugar (optional)

Once you have all your ingredients we are ready to start!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a loaf pan and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl mash 3 ripe bananas until they are somewhat smooth/ free of large lumps.
Add sugar, butter and 2 eggs stir until eggs are well combined.

Add all of your dry ingredients stir until smooth. Set aside.

In a separate bowl put a little flour in the bowl, pour in half a bag of milk chocolate chips. Roll the chocolate chips until all the chips are coated in flour. This will help them not sink to the bottom while baking. 

Fold chocolate chips in bread mixture from earlier.

Pour in loaf pan and bake for 60-65 mins.
You can tell its done by taking a toothpick sticking it in the center, if it comes out clean it is done!

As soon as I take it out of the oven I sprinkle some brown sugar on the top about 2 T. Shut off your oven and pop back in for 5 minutes for sugar to melt.

Once cool flip it out of loaf pan then slice and serve!!!

Easy as that!!! I hope you enjoyed this simple and easy recipe!

It is very moisturizing, and honestly helped my lips tremendously. I received a bonus "I <3 my Chubby Chap!" sticker as well that is very cute and is a great little touch!!!

The candle has a scent that is delicious and sexy all at the same time, and fills my whole house with its fragrance. The candle burns evenly all over, and the wick semi-trims itself!  All in all, the candle is wonderful and if you are looking for good quality candles that last, I think you have found your match. The candle also comes boxed and wrapped in tissue paper for a great presentation!

Kiss Me Candles come in all sizes, are reasonably priced, and have a good selection to choose from. If you have a different scent in mind she would love to work with you to create anything you wish!
